5 Star Mobile Notaries are Certified Loan Document Signing Agents and Certified Trust Delivery Agents. We service most counties in the state of New Hampshire and are fully insured. We also offer general notarial services. Our mobile notaries adhere to all of New Hampshire's state guidelines and regulations giving our clients peace of mind knowing that all of our notarizations are legal and binding. And, all of our meetings take place either at our client's home, office or a location determined by our third party vendors.
The Company was founded by Kathy Sutherland, a long-time resident of New Hampshire. She is also a respected and licensed Real Estate professional with over 25 years of experience providing exemplary service for her clients. While still active in Real Estate, Kathy has founded 5 Star Mobile Notaries, LLC to utilize her knowledge and experience to further assist clients with loan document signings for home purchases and loan refinancing. She also serves as a Trust Delivery Agent for clients in need of Will and Trust document notarization.
